About Us
Topio was co-founded in April 2022 by business partners Tom Rawlinson and Will Gulliver.
Both Tom and Will have worked within the Landscaping and Fencing sectors for many years. They met through work in 2017 and over the years realised a shortfall in high quality, full landscape renovation, and so Topio was created.
Currently Topio is working in and around, but not limited to, the Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire counties.
