Bespoke Landscape Renovation
When it comes to full renovation projects, we are able to offer our clients the use of a specialist Landscape Designer to help get the best out of their outdoor spaces. Hollie at Pitchfork and Pencil works very closely to provide a tailored landscape design, and if required, planting schemes which compliment all the ideas and visions of our clients.
Topio works along side Pitchfork and Pencil and the clients to provide advice and knowledge to help select suitable materials and structures for each design.
By having a close relationship with Pitchfork and Pencil, our site meetings help to efficiently discuss designs making sure they meet regulations and are structurally viable. Along with this we will meet with clients to confirm installation processes and timescales.
Once designs have been agreed, Topio provide the full installation of the new landscape. We can provide all materials, any bespoke workings and, if required, any further trades to complete the garden transformation (e.g. electricians, plumbers).
Hard Landscaping
Topio offers its clients a wide selection of bespoke hard landscaping services to improve their outdoor areas.
Be it a patio extension to increase your outdoor seating area, building a bespoke timber Gazebo or Pergola to entertain friends and family in all weathers, or installing a raised decking area to add depth and levels into your garden.

Fencing & Gates
Topio offer a wide range of fencing and gateway installations.
Domestic Fencing - be it a classic pressure treated closeboard or a contemporary cedar slatted fence. We pride ourselves in using the best, modern materials to give superb lifespan and stability for years to come.
Gateways - Standard Softwood, Bespoke Hardwood or Metal gates, Topio can make or source made to measure gates from a network of quality suppliers. We can recommend types of gates, along with specified materials for each application to suit your requirements.
Agricultural and Equine Fencing - from small 50m runs to 500m+ runs of fencing. We use specialist equipment and tried and tested techniques to give strong and suitable fencing for all types of livestock and agricultural environments.
